Trophy Fee Pricing
Trophy Fee is paid in addition to basic room and board of $640.00 per hunter for 4 day Hunt. Base Trophy Fee of $1,500.00. $100.00 for each additional inch of score over 135 B&C score up to 185 Gross B&C score. 185+ B&C fee will be the 185 trophy fee plus $250.00 per inch. All Bucks must be at least 3 years of age.

Exotic Hunts
(Booking a limited amount of hunts for the fall of 2007)
There are a number of Trophy exotic deer and Antelope available to hunt at the Whitestone Ranch.

Trophy Red Stag $5,000 to $6,500

Lodging and meals cost per person for 4 night - 3.5 day hunt (maximim 5 hunters per booking) is added to Trophy fee. $640.00

Inclusions and Exclusions
- 4 Nights, 3.5 Day Hunts
- Price includes: harvesting one buck and one doe, meals, lodging and non- alcoholic beverages
- Maximim 5 hunters per booking
- Non- refundable deposit of $1,000.00 per hunter paid when booking hunt
- Balance of payment paid at orientation based on the requested pre-hunt package. Any upgrades or downgrades will be paid immediately upon return to headquarters after the kill and scoring of the deer

Hunters must have valid Texas Whitetail Deer Hunting License - All non-hunting guest pay $160.00 per day
- Guides will approximately score and age the deer before shot is fired
- Hunter decides what deer to be taken and agrees to pay the fee based on the after kill Gross Boone & Crockett score
- No Kill Guarantees
- A wounded deer will be tracked and if not found will be treated as a dead deer and will be valued based on the guides estimate of B&C score.(dog tracking available for additional fee)
Regardless of Gross Boone & Crockett score only Bucks 3.5 years
of age or more can be harvested as determined by the guide - All harvested deer will be kept in an on site walk in cooler
- Taxidermy arrangements are available
- Tips to Guide, Deer Cleaning and Cook staff are welcome and benefit their families ( 10%+ of hunt price is customary)
- Alcoholic Beverages must be provided by hunter and moderate consumption is limited to the lodge and guest houses only

Price includes transportation to and from the International airport
in San Antonio, Texas. Private planes can land at a lighted paved 4,000
ft. runway at the Edwards County Airport 6.5 miles from Rocksprings.
The DeerStar staff will provide transportation to and from the local
airport. Aircraft fuel is not available at the Edwards county airport. - Check with Whitestone Ranch manager prior to your trip to obtain the weather forecast. Be sure to bring appropriate clothing for the hunt. Our Ranch is at 2,450 ft. elevation and can get quite cool in the winter.
